The coaching you receive through this website is fitness/wellness education only. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or emergency care.

3. Booking and conduct

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
• You must use the service lawfully and respectfully.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

4. Pre-contract information (distance services)

Before you place an order/booking, we provide required pre-contract information, including our identity and how to submit complaints/claims. This is done in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

5. Electronic commerce information

For e-commerce interactions, the provider ensures direct access to identifying information about itself for consumers and competent authorities in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII.

6. Ukrainian language requirement

Commercial information/services offered to consumers in Ukraine are provided in Ukrainian, as required by Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної". This page may be supplemented with other languages where applicable.
